My name is Ofir and I have been a licensed tour guide for over 15 years. I am 44 years old and blessed with two beautiful children.
Ever since I can remember, I have had a deep love and passion for Israel. I am fascinated by its rich history, diverse culture, and breathtaking landscapes. As a tour guide, I have the incredible opportunity to share this passion with visitors from all around the world.
My goal is to create unforgettable experiences for my clients, tailored to their interests and preferences. Whether it’s exploring the ancient ruins of Jerusalem, floating in the Dead Sea, or hiking through the picturesque trails of the Galilee, I strive to provide a unique and personalized journey through the Holy Land.
I became a tour guide in 2009, and I’d like to tell you how that came about. After high school, and my three meaningful years of compulsory service in the Israeli army (the IDF), I traveled from time to time for my own enjoyment. I successfully completed four years of B.A.
Studies in Economics and Management. After receiving my degree, I gained experience in many varied fields
Working as a construction manager and even as a stock market dealer, while continuing my world-wide travels.
At some point, I realized that although I was good at those jobs, I wasn’t really happy doing them.
The decision of combining my love of traveling with my preference for working with people. I recognized that while my knowledge of the many parts of the world was vast, I wasn’t familiar enough for my liking with my own backyard. Therefore, I decided to become a tour guide in Israel.
So I joined a tour guide school, incidentally completing my hardest studies ever, and the rest is history. Since then, tour guiding is my passion. I have found my true path!
